Microsoft trying to steal Yahoo from under Googles nose?

Microsoft as usual trying to use their bulk to buy up Yahoo , in a bid to outwin Google. MSFT and GOOG shares plummeted in Markets as analysts predict a hookup between Yahoo and Microsoft.

Google had placed a bid but MS counter bid earlier today.
