A European real estate company, Vietnamese abroad of the building is a subdivision of luxurious villas (from 2200 square metres in 11000 square meters) and 750 sq.ft. of condos About 970 square meters) in the province of Ha Tay, near Hanoi. This type of housing is being built for the reception of Vietnamese abroad, the primary school in Europe and America, who have returned (or more) to Vietnam to live and work (or retired). Do you think that the developers not to be successful? Do you think that many overseas Vietnamese in Vietnam are still living?

    The sizes you mentioned are to big that could be draw back 11000 sq feet is 1000 sq feet is 1000 sq meters the condos sound about right difficult to invest that kinda of money in state.

    For this project will be more than few vietnamese who want or for this project will be great success when all then comfort desirability and done.
