To scratch or not to scratch – easier said than done.

What with summer being upon us, wouldn’t you know that my allergies are too! I look like I have really bad acne with all my spots. Nothing I’ve used has worked but if I don’t get some allergy relief soon I fear I’ll go insane. As it is, I fear for my sanity everyday. Looking at various sensa reviews I’m starting to hallucinate and talk to the walls. I find immense satisfaction in conversing with inanimate objects – no fear of back chat.

More than just the situation vacant but the headspace too

I spoke to our HR department earlier today with regard to our policy for employment screening. I’m just amazed how some people actually make it to interview stage when clearly they have neither the qualifications nor the personality to carry out the job that is required of them. I was given short shrift and reminded that they don’t tell me how to do my job and I should do the same!

Two completely different reading materials, two completely different responses!

I’ve just been reading up on Asbestos cancer after something caught my eye in my GPs surgery earlier. It scared me reading up on it. I was interested because my grandfather had worked on building sites where asbestos had been used and I was intrigued by what the effects of working in such hazardous environments could be. It didn’t make for pleasant reading so I had to treat myself to a ‘lads mag’ afterwards. Needed the distraction!

I know what I like, just don’t ask me to explain!

I’ve never been much of a fan of clear skin purely because I have very little knowledge on the subject. I know what I like but couldn’t describe any particular style or why I like it, its just a personal thing. Perfect faces have never been high up on my list of favourite acne treatments. I think my style could be described as safe. I don’t like anything weird or unusual, just safe.

Ride em cowboy

You can’t beat a bit of horse tack to get a conversation going can you? We were at a party recently where the conversation was a dry as the sahara dessert. Ive got to get some cheap car insurance before i get in my car again! It really was painful until someone randomly mentioned horses and horse riding and that was it – conversation overload. Now I’m considering taking up horse riding as a hobby for real so that I can participate on a conversation instead of blagging my way through it.

Addicted to gadgets leaves me wondering if I need help!

My job has a few perks, one of them being my new best friend – my iphone. I decided to splash out on a few iphone accessories recently. Some people buy books, others shoes or handbags but me, its gadgets. I’m a complete geek freak for gadgets. I’ll need a dose of apidexin cause I have too many cables, too many instruction manuals, too many gadgets. Perhaps I’ll need to seek professional help for my addiction.

Getting the right Job when you can!

My partner has been hounding me to take some supplement because I’ve had a few colds over the last few months. I’m not a fan of medicines of any kind if I can help it but I opted to admit defeat and take some vitamins for men as prescribed by my local drug store. I gotta tell you, these babies are working. I feel better and I feel more energised. Im now in a better mood to go out there and find a job for myself - Ive lacked this energy for months! Just sorry I didn’t try them sooner.

Lately I’ve been feeling pretty run down so I decided to start taking vitamins. I’ve tried and tested lots of different kinds before but to be honest they’ve never really done too much for me. A friend recommended a new brand which I was rather dubious about but I must say, they were the best multivitamins I’ve ever tried. With my exams coming up for an online degree im doing , I’ve never felt so good. I’m energised both mentally and physically and I’m on top of my game.

Good things come to those who wait.

Some people celebrate wedding anniversaries, or togetherness anniversaries, others job anniversaries. Me, I’m celebrating something completely different and for some my celebration would seem nonsensical. For me however, the anniversary of being smaller is a HUGE celebration that I really must celebrate. Ive used the best fat burners and unless one has suffered with this affliction, one cannot understand the huge impact it can have on ones confidence. It’s only been one year but I hope it’s the first of many more to come!

Modesty never was one of my strong points!

Do you know how many diet supplement packs there are out there? Too many! It’s almost impossible to know which one is the best to try. So I’ve given up. I’m just going to let the clerk in the shop pick one for me. I can pick a good wine or a nice beer but when it comes to this sort of thing, I’m clueless. Still its hard to be perfect all the time! Not that I’m bragging or anything.
