Garmin are the way to go - Maps are out

July 21, 2008

I bought a garmin recently and i now know that my days of pulling maps around the place when i travel on business are gone. I had decided after being late for a business meeting that I couldnt continue like this and so got myself a Garmin 660 and its amazing.. Even when you dont take the instructions you are given , which can happen anytime ! You are given a new route to bring you back on course , brilliant!!!

Waiting this long to get my balance in order.

May 18, 2008

Well Im sure you have all been waiting in anticipation for my latest relevation on my finances :) Ive posted here in the last few weeks about having to find somewhere to repair credit when there has been some sever issues and I had been searching for something like a credit repair service where I could actually do the business primarily online without much personal intervention , more because of the embarrasment of it all.

I discovered after having dealings with "Repair My Credit Now" that a lot of people in Business end up in this unforeseen bucket of mess where you need to get some kind of band aid or credit repair to get you back on track. Statistics show that there are more people in need of a good credit review if anything to see where they stand regarding credit.

One of the coolest things on the site is a set of sample results which are actually real results showing the "bad credit" deletion! Have a look yourself and see what im on about .. The system does actually work! For those who think they are in the know but are actually in the red.. It doesnt take long to get yourself sorted with these guys and get more color back into your face. Face up to the issue and pay them a visit.

Bertie Ahern - Ireland is at Peace - Great for Buiness

May 1, 2008

This was surprising to hear from a Prime Minister of Ireland who lives in a country who has never seen as much internal violence since the Northern Troubles ended. Granted Republicans and Loyalists arent bombing all over the place and have done wonders for trade links between Ireland and here in the US , but to say that Ireland is at Peace was a very general statement some Irish may not agree with.

More from around the Globe:

Ahern says growth has left Ireland well-positioned to ride out International Herald Tribune

April 15, 2008

Dollar is loosing more against the euro as a barrell of oil tips over the $113 mark , I didnt think we’d see this and I think its time for the government to step in , take over and get something done about our economy.

Keeping it in line with the law.

March 28, 2008

A friend in California has the misfortune of having to file for Bankruptcy. I don’t think it was actually anything he had done himself over the years , his business as a fire consultant had never gone the right direction and he was at a loss from a Business perspective.

By the time I got involved to try and rescue his business it was too late , he should have had me on board years ago. In any case I helped him find a Bankruptcy lawyer who was well versed on all of the various ( and there are lots ) of bankruptcy laws. I don’t profess to be an expert in this field so we got him talking to the guys over at Timothy G Mc Farlin , a serious bunch of professional lawyers who were pro from the off.

Even looking at their site , we printed off lots of information that helped when we went to meet them in LA and didn’t look like totally amateurs. It helps when you can relax with a good website and take in all the information.

He is over the worst of it now and all is being handled by the afore mentioned Lawyers who I would highly recommend!

Obama on Mortgages - Too Little too Late?

March 27, 2008

dollar

According to NYTIMES , Obama wants regulation on Mortgage lenders in the US , and im just wondering if this is something that Mr Bush should be calling for. The fact that Obama has come out strong on his campaign tour about this might put Bush off the scent of actually doing something about it , but I have my doubts

Have a look at what NY times has to say http://www.nytimes.com/2008/03/27/us/politics/27cnd-dems.html?_r=1&ref=business&oref=slogin

Confidence is gaining ground in Europe , Down in the US

March 27, 2008

According to NYTIMES , confidence in Germany and Europe in General seems to be on the up , whereas Financial Markets in the US are on a downward spiral.

From the Article :

“We were surprised because there has been all this talk about the financial crisis and how it would affect Germany,” said Klaus Abberger, a senior economist at the Ifo Institute in Munich. “We had a surge in the euro, and yet the firms assessed their export situation as being very good.”
