Here is the thing. I have read the theoretical research in the development of engine and this seems a good reason. The basic idea and concepts have been patented. There may be a large number of applications, modification, for a lot of different things. A small scale model describes the basic concept works very well and is ready for further tests as a model of the full scale. I would like to know how to research and development, which serve to determine the cost model of full scale testing of materials and wages and overheads for the establishment of a team for the achievement tests and trade issues. I have heard of business angels, but do not know much. Its founder better obtain financing without signing in principle all rights to the idea and the potential returns from there. If anyone can help, that would be appreciated.
