More than just the situation vacant but the headspace too

I spoke to our HR department earlier today with regard to our policy for employment screening. I’m just amazed how some people actually make it to interview stage when clearly they have neither the qualifications nor the personality to carry out the job that is required of them. I was given short shrift and reminded that they don’t tell me how to do my job and I should do the same!
