Money for nothing is a thing of the past

My brother has just asked me for a loan to pay for his car insurance. I can’t understand why he didn’t budget for this. Ive been looking on my computers screen and cant find it anywhere! He’s the most carefree guy I know. Never thinks any further than his next pay check! Its not the first time I’ve had to bale him out but I’m thinking of letting him know it’ll be the last. He has to start acting his age and not his shoe size.
