When is too much exercise really too much?

Doing a few laps around the soccer field tonight I thought about what a fat burner I’ve become lately. I’m just burning off so many calories between my running, rowing and cycling. I’m a lean mean machine, a little power house. I wonder what would happen if I were to stop? Would I turn into a big blob overnight or would it take a while for that to happen? I should just get out and about and stretch and more!
