I have a nephew who’s got really bad skin. He doesn’t seem to mind but I’m trying to get some acne treatments for him. I figure he might be a bit too embarrassed to go to the drugstore and get them. I suffered badly from acne as a youngster but there weren’t any products on the market back in the day and I’ve got the scars to prove it. Only mine don’t look as good as Brad’s…

It’s official, I’m in need of appetite suppressants! Either that or I’ve got worms. I can’t stop eating to beat the band! Maybe I just need to go on a diet but I just can’t stop the empty feeling inside. I’m going to start drinking more water to try and fill me up but I think I’m going to need something else to help suppress my appetite. If I don’t stop eating soon I’ll burst – or at least my pants will!

My first prize but hopefully not my last!

I just won a competition online!! I never win anything. It’s a vacation to Myrtle beach. I’m stoked about it. The prize was sponsored by Myrtle beach vacation rentals. I’m so excited. I’ll use the prize next year and head away with a few friends for a few days down time and I’ll relax and unwind and let me hair down. I’m going to chance my arm on the lottery later and maybe my luck will reach that far!

Saving outside the box

I’m one of these people who takes lots of pictures but doesn’t do much with them. It’s a very bad habit of mine. My computer was getting clogged up with all the pictures I had so I decided to invest in an external hard drive to save all my photos on. I’ve also freed up a lot of space on my computer by putting my extensive music collection on it too. I’d definitely recommend this to others in a similar situation.

Signing up for more than I bargained

Somehow I recently managed to sign up for a monthly newsletter about motorhome towing! I was online checking out some ad and there was a competition with a pretty cool prize so I decided to enter. Only, I filled in my details in the wrong place and now I’m after receiving my first blurb – who knew towing motorhomes could be so interesting!

Superstar smiles all the way

After buying my daily newspaper today, I made a call to a Plano cosmetic dentist regarding an advertisement I’d read. There was a special offer on and I’m a sucker for a good deal. I’m going to see a consultant tomorrow about veneers. I would just love to have that superstar smile and if things go well at the consultation next week, I might just get it after all!

All my bags are packed and I’m ready to go!

I gotta say it, but this worldwide recession might not be so bad after all!! I mean, there are so many great travel deals out there right now! I’m fortunate enough to have a secure job with a fairly decent salary so I’m thinking of availing of some of these good deals and going to see some places on my cities to see before I die list. I might stay on this continent or I might decide to travel further afield. I figure there’s no time like the present, you just don’t know what’s around the corner.
