What is the appropriate commision rate or bonus scheme for sales people in business consultancy?

We are an international company, with a view to harmonizing, primarily in the United States and Europe. We sell very sophisticated advice in the area of corporate governance at a high level - as a general rule, or on board directly below. In its present state of our sales people, in equal parts, a team bonus for all those involved in both the sale and supply of services get - but it (the team sale), the shares, they must be a larger share because it with a lot of money.
